Sharper Circuits - A  full body circuit training class that uses weights as well as body weight exercises to strengthen the entire body. This class is aimed at people who want to tone up, lose weight and get fit and it caters for all fitness levels.

Sharper Lift  -  Lift is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Gain strength, burn fat and get conditioned. This class will transform your body for the better and also get you comfortable with the big lifts that are performed on the gym floor.

Sharper Spin – Spin Class like you’ve never experienced before !! Disco lights, Darkness. Your instructor will lead you through the Sprints, climbs and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! music in which you will be guaranteed a sweat and a stress relieving workout on the spin bikes in our spinning studio

Sharper Sculpt – Targeting toning and Sculpting exercise . Sculpt is a non-impact, floor based class that uses hand weights and other studio equipment to condition and sculpt all body parts. This class is ideal for anyone looking for an intense toning class that is mixed impact (low impact options).

SharperSplit  - Mix of Circuits/Sculpt 30mins and Spinning 30mins

HIIT – High Intensity Training , a cardio session arranged as short bursts of very hard work. The whole point of high-intensity training is to kick up the intensity of your cardio. In order to qualify as true HIIT, you'll need to push yourself to the max during every set. That's why they're short—anywhere from 20 to 90 seconds, typically! Suitable for all levels

TRX (part of circuits classes - Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Sharper Barbell Lift – Using a Barbell and weights , a class with strength training exercise class designed to give you a full body weight training workout. This workout focuses on strengthening all the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body

Heated Yoga –Best mix of hatha/Iyengar Yoga  with an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture.The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the poses performed in a heated yoga loft studio . Stress relieving Savasana  with doTerra oil application at the end of every session.

Pilates – Classical Mat Pilates in a heated Studio  builds core strength, stamina, and coordination. All excercises fully engage the abdominal muscles as you practice a dynamic breathing pattern. Stress relieving Savasana with doTerra oil application at the end of every session.
